The Electrical Engineering position supporting Hybrid SATCOM is responsible for supporting the research, design, development, integration, and testing of electrical systems and related technologies for aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, satellites, and other aerospace platforms. This role contributes to the development and evaluation of electrical components and subsystems, including power distribution, communications, guidance and control, and other mission-critical systems throughout the full system life cycle. Responsibilities include supporting system integration, performance analysis, testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure technical solutions meet operational requirements and program objectives. The position requires strong technical expertise in SATCOM architectures, RF communications, electrical systems, and network integration to support mission-critical communication capabilities. This role works to achieve key project and program deliverables while managing projects or processes that span multiple technical disciplines. The Electrical Engineering professional develops solutions to complex technical challenges affecting multiple systems or functional areas and applies innovative engineering approaches to improve system performance, reliability, and integration. The position requires strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate across engineering and program teams to deliver effective solutions that support mission and organizational success.
