This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and repair of equipment and network issues. The Electrical Engineer will manage new equipment installation projects, including defining scope, specifications, drawings, material procurement, and supervision. They will also be responsible for upgrading existing equipment, providing similar project management support. A key aspect of the role is training Maintenance Technicians and others to ensure competency and skill development. Additionally, the engineer will educate Production Technicians on equipment function to minimize operator errors and enhance production efficiencies. The position requires providing technical expertise in electrical power, electronic controls, computer networks, and PLC programming, as well as maintaining up-to-date field knowledge through ongoing training and continuing education.
