Requirements
- Demonstrated background in engineering and manufacturing, particularly within the aerospace sector.
- Ability to guide and support the team to achieve success through mentoring.
- Experience in handling resources and directing projects from prototype through to production integration.
- Effective at presenting to all levels of leadership and working across different departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development and production of aerospace vehicles and components!
- Partner with different Re:Build organizations to establish project scope, plan schedules, and coordinate resources.
- Drive critical in-sourcing initiatives from concept through commissioning.
- Coordinate with program managers and shop personnel to meet composition, build, test, and production objectives.
