Requirements
- Degree or diploma from a recognized educational institution.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and related automation/design software applications.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler layouts including heat gain/heat loss calculations, duct design, plumbing line sizing etc.
- Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and design criteria.
- Team player with a creative, innovative spirit.
- Comfortable meeting tight timelines while still delivering strong quality work.
- Aptitude for (and comfort level with) evolving technologies pertaining to retail design.
- Strong organizational skills, a high level of detail orientation, personal accountability and superior time management capability.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail and food service design, including knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards.
- Any relevant professional accreditation, training or advanced education.
