Requirements

  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
  • Experience working in a lab environment with standard EE lab equipment (i.e. Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters)
  • Experience with design Software: Keysight ADS, Sonnet EM, Ansys HFSS, AutoCAD or comparable
  • Experience in software tools including C, C++, LabWindows CVI, Matlab
  • Courses taken includes RF and Microwave Circuit Design

Responsibilities

  • Circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design, documentation, trade assessments for obsolescence resolution, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware performance issues and hardware integration, test and verification.
  • Work as part of a team design Special Test Equipment (STE) Hardware and Software Testing
  • Microwave RF circuits, Radio Frequency Assemblies (RFAs), Microwave Integrated Circuits (MICs), Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs), Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) & Production support
  • Work as part of a team to analyze hardware specifications to determine hardware requirements
  • Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity and efficiency enhancements.
  • Interact with test technicians, factory facilitators, operations managers, other engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel.
