The Electrical Engineer II will support electrical infrastructure planning for oil and gas expansion and operations in the Permian Basin. This is a campus-based planning position working as part of a team in Spring, with approximately one trip per quarter to Midland. The role has no field or construction execution scope. Its primary focus is determining how much electrical power new operational demand will require, assigning that demand to the grid, and identifying the appropriate power source based on available infrastructure options. The engineer will interface with engineering, operations, project, and construction personnel responsible for executing the physical grid connections.
