Oracle•Santa Clara, CA

About The Position

Oracle is hiring a new college graduate Electrical Engineer 1 to support the conceptual design, detailed implementation, testing, validation, and documentation of electrical systems and subsystems. The role is intended for students graduating with a bachelor’s degree by October 2026 or who graduated within the past 12 months. Working under supervision and with guidance from senior team members, the engineer will gain experience with power delivery, signal integrity, board design, analog and digital systems, and integrating electrical subsystems into server products. The position provides hands-on exposure to parts selection and qualification, FPGA design, schematic capture, basic modeling and simulation, board floor planning and layout, and troubleshooting. The engineer will assist with test setup, validation automation platforms, prototype debugging, and compliance preparation. The role also involves maintaining engineering documentation and learning established design practices, industry standards, and continuous-improvement methods through collaboration and feedback. Applicants must reside in the United States and/or attend a U.S. university and be able to obtain U.S. work authorization in 2026. Oracle does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role. The stated U.S. hiring salary range is $66,200–$132,400 per year. The position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle provides a comprehensive benefits package; details and eligibility vary by benefit and employee circumstances.
