About The Position

The Electrical Designer will begin their career as a Designer within one of the technical teams. The role prepares project deliverables in accordance with company standards and performs basic technical tasks. The Designer works with technical staff on deliverables ranging from design documents to technical reports, applies commonly used design concepts and procedures in their discipline, coordinates tasks with teams across the firm and outside sources, and assists the project engineer with more advanced technical activities. The role uses appropriate technology and software, including CAD and Revit, to prepare deliverables and complete production tasks assigned by a senior project engineer or project manager.

Requirements

• Experience with applicable software, such as CAD and Revit, within the relevant discipline.
• Aptitude and drive to analyze complex problems and communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to shift attention effectively between multiple projects.
• Experience and desire to work in an entrepreneurial and innovative environment.
• Basic knowledge of engineering practices within the relevant discipline.
• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
