Electrical Construction Manager (Traveling)
About The Position
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Construction Manager to join our team in Vernal, Utah. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in electrical construction and a passion for excellence to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of electrical projects, including project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. The role requires managing crews, coordinating onsite activities, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for managing field teams and client expectations.
Requirements
- Significant field experience (5+ years) as an electrician, journeyman, or foreman.
- Must possess an OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
- Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and cost estimation.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- State-level licensure as a journeyman or master electrician is highly valuable.
- CCM or PMP certifications are preferred.
