About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Construction Manager to join their team in Vernal, Utah. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of electrical projects. Your daily life involves project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management to ensure all deadlines are met. You will serve as a key leader, using your expertise to manage crews, coordinate onsite activities, and ensure all work aligns with BHI quality and safety policies. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage both field teams and client expectations effectively.

Requirements

• Significant field experience (5+ years) as an electrician, journeyman, or foreman
• Must possess an OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification
• Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Deep understanding of local building codes
• Proficiency in reading blueprints
• Proficiency in cost estimation
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Electrical Engineering
• State-level licensure as a journeyman or master electrician
• CCM certification
• PMP certifications
