About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Field Superintendent to join our Instrumentation & Electrical division. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit. This position typically requires 50–60 hours a week and includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. As a Project Field Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.

Requirements

• Must have experience in electrical leadership roles.
• Strong industrial knowledge and experience with controls are required.
• Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations.
• This position requires traveling to project sites as needed.
