Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography (“EEG”) platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDN's across the country. Our entire team is driven by a shared commitment to transforming the landscape of critical care through our rapid seizure detection technology, come join the movement! We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical/Computer Engineer to contribute to late-stage phases of electrical/computer bring-up and development for the next-generation of medical devices. We have working prototypes of most peripherals on various development platforms (Raspberry Pi and Arduino) and need an experienced embedded engineer to port, integrate, bring up, and test these on the target host, then help drive the design toward manufacturing readiness. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in a design that is still evolving. We are looking for someone comfortable with ambiguity, who can independently debug at the hardware/firmware boundary, and who can turn prototype code into reliable, testable integrations on the target platform. This is a 6-month Contract role.
