Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to successfully obtain a CI Polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
0–3 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops applicable)
Familiarity with engineering tools such as MATLAB and Python
Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering tools such as Cameo
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Support the design and development of electrical and computer engineering systems, including hardware, embedded systems, and networked solutions
Develop and review technical documentation, including schematics, interface control documents, and test procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems and software engineers
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of system-level issues
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across engineering processes and tools
Use standard engineering processes to carry out assignments associated with research, design, development or analysis of specific parts, components, interfaces, or minor phases of a project
Assist higher level engineers and translate technical guidance and data received into usable information applicable to the assignment
Plan, direct and coordinate engineering functions involved in the design and development, installation, testing, validation and integration of systems and subsystems
Conduct research studies necessary for the improvement or reconfiguration of systems or subsystems
Serve as the customer interface and organizational consultant on significant issues requiring technical guidance, redirection or resolution
Assist in compiling and preparing comprehensive technical reports and proposals; may participate as a team member of multiple teams; may act as primary intra-organizational liaison
Perform all other duties as assigned
