Requirements

Strong math and problem solving skills are required
Proficient in Microsoft Office platform including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willing to travel to project jobsites throughout the country, if needed
B.S. degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering, or other related experience preferred.
One year of relevant construction related experience. Previous construction internship preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in subcontractor project orientation meetings, project team meetings, and GC sub meetings
Develop submittal logs
Communicate and coordinate submittals and coordination drawings with subcontractors and Project Superintendent
Review and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure project schedules are expedited and materials are delivered on time
Sustain productive customer relationships while meeting the company’s needs
Support Project Manager in pricing and selling of change orders
Analytical thinker who can identify problems as well as potential solutions
Demonstrated willingness to offer ideas, opinions, and feedback
Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively throughout the organization and with our suppliers/partners
Ability to lead through influence to drive change and deliver positive outcomes
