Due to our continued growth and success, we are excited to expand our team! We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator to join our Electrical team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and finalization of construction projects.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of individuals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in electrical construction.

Nice To Haves

Tech savvy is a plus.
College degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss project scheduling, coordinate work, and resolve issues.
Estimate new projects utilizing Accubid software.
Review of the estimate to check for errors and omissions.
Client relationship building and business development.
Work onsite at project collaboration offices.
Assist with project closeout documentation.
Track and maintain project logs.
Other duties as assigned.
