Lighting Maintenance Inc•Harmans, MD
•$95,000 - $120,000

About The Position

Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager / Estimator to estimate, manage, and deliver commercial, municipal, roadway, site-lighting, sports-lighting, and related electrical construction projects. This is a hands-on role for someone with direct electrical construction experience who understands how electrical work is estimated, planned, built, managed, documented, billed, and closed out in the field. The position owns projects from initial plans and specifications through estimating, award, procurement, manpower planning, construction, change management, billing, punch list, and final closeout. Its work includes commercial electrical construction, roadway and street lighting, site lighting, sports and athletic-field lighting, commercial lighting systems, lighting maintenance, electrical service, and municipal, public-sector, transportation, and government projects. Compensation is based on electrical construction experience, estimating ability, project-management experience, and demonstrated success managing profitable projects.
