We are currently seeking an Electrical Assembler to add to our growing team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical assembly equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, HVAC manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work orders, basic wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Gather required materials, components, tools, and subassemblies for assigned tasks.
  • Position and prepare components for assembly using measurements and instructions.
  • Cut, strip, and prepare wiring to specified lengths.
  • Install insulation materials such as sleeves, shrink tubing, and coverings.
  • Crimp terminals, connectors, and lugs using hand tools and equipment.
  • Route, bundle, secure, and terminate wiring to designated connection points.
  • Assemble and install basic electrical components, including junction boxes, control panels, switches, and accessories.
  • Perform basic visual inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with continuity testing and functional checks using basic electrical testing tools.
  • Identify defects or issues and communicate with leads or supervisors for resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Accurately complete production documentation and job tracking.
  • Support team members and assist in other areas as needed to meet production targets.
