Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with assembling and wire electrical components per schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings and routers.
Prior experience using an ERP system.
Must understand the basic of electricity and know how to read schematics.
Conducting tests and inspections of products, services or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Ability to follow technical documents.
Managing time effectively to meet production goals.
Willingness to cross-train and support multiple projects / departments / etc.
Basic computer skills utilizing ERS systems and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

Follow policies and procedures according to corporate handbook.
Assemble and wire electrical components per schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings and routers.
Perform basic electrical inspections and test to verify functionality and quality.
Accurately clock in and out of work orders.
Maintain 6S standards, work areas must be clean and organized at all times.
Communicate material shortages, safety concerns, quality issues, etc.
Support continuous improvement activities within the electrical department.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
