About The Position

The Electrical Assembler Level 2 builds high-quality industrial control panels and automation systems for customers in manufacturing, water treatment, food processing, and other industries. The position is intended for someone with a solid foundation in panel building and electrical assembly who can independently handle more complex work. The assembler also supports testing and inspection, maintains quality and documentation standards, and helps train newer assemblers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of electrical assembly, panel building, or related experience.
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with industrial control components.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels.
• Install components according to engineering drawings and schematics.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and device termination.
• Identify and resolve assembly discrepancies.
• Maintain quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Support panel testing and inspection activities.
• Assist with training and mentoring newer assemblers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
