Assembler - Level 2

About The Position

As an Assembler Level 2 at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and test components and products in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Working as part of a team, you will help ensure assemblies are completed accurately and on time, contributing to product quality and the success of Honeywell’s aerospace products. The role is scheduled for B shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements because of U.S. export control laws and regulations. A U.S. Person is defined here as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or an individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Requirements

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Comfort and ability to use a microscope.
Ability and comfort using precision hand tools and performing assembly work under a microscope.
Ability and comfort working in a cleanroom.
Must meet the stated U.S. Person requirement due to export control laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or technical background; a degree is not required.
Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Inspect and verify the accuracy of assembled products.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
