About The Position
An opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Apprentice (1, 2, 3, or 4 year) to join our dedicated team in Red Deer, AB. As an Electrical Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in our local construction projects in Red Deer, AB as well as the projects of our secondary location in Calgary, AB. Requirements
- Current 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year Electrical Apprentice.
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions and at heights.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with equipment operation is an asset.
- Experience with underground utilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced electricians to install electrical systems in civil, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Participate in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Learn to diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Be open to learning from journeymen electricians and master electricians.
- Help identify electrical issues and assist in troubleshooting.
- Learn proper storage and handling of electrical materials.
