We're now hiring an Electrician Technician to join our growing Knoxville team! This is an exciting opportunity to receive paid on-the-job training alongside a Licensed Master Electrician while contributing to meaningful home improvement work. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles
- 1 year of verifiable experience in construction, maintenance, service, or electrical work
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn the electrical trade
- Ability to work in crawlspaces and basements (we’ll train you!)
- Team-player attitude with great communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist our licensed electrician with residential crawlspace and basement wiring
- Run new service lines to power essential waterproofing and repair equipment
- Work closely with installation teams to solve real problems for real people
- Gain hands-on experience while learning classroom theory
- Develop a strong understanding of residential electrical work in a supportive environment
