About The Position

We are looking for an Electrical Apprentice who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and is eager to learn and grow in the electrical trade. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career. You will work alongside experienced electricians, gaining hands-on training in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and installing residential electrical systems.

Requirements

  • No prior electrical experience required – willingness to learn and grow in the trade
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus
  • Interest in residential electrical systems and desire to build a career in the field
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, including 120/240V wiring
  • Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Experience with or understanding of home generator systems is a plus
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
  • Physically capable of standing, sitting, moving, squatting, and walking for the duration of shifts
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist electricians with residential service calls and installation projects
  • Learn to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair basic electrical issues
  • Support installation of residential electrical systems, ensuring work meets code and company standards
  • Assist with inspecting electrical components during and after installation
  • Develop hands-on skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and general electrical work
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe actions and conditions
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on job sites
  • Contribute to a team-focused culture built on learning, quality work, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Other duties as assigned
