Responsibilities

Assist journeyman and master electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems in residential or commercial settings.
Develop troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
Maintain and organize tools, materials, and equipment on the job site.
Actively participate in on-the-job training and classes.
Demonstrate initiative and adaptability, performing additional duties as assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Follow all safety protocols on job sites and while driving.
