About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking an Elections Support Specialist (ATS) for a temporary contract assignment in Doral, FL. The Administrative Troubleshooter (ATS) will be trained to support Monday setup and Tuesday Election Day. ATSs will be assigned to specific precincts, provided routes for visiting all precincts, and will assist with Collection Center functions at the close of Election Day. The ATS serves as a resource for precinct staff, understanding all procedures and paperwork associated with Election Day. Assignments may be anywhere in the County, depending on the type of Election.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Available to attend all days of training and pre, during, and post-election day functions
• Pass background check (mandatory)
• Retrieve rental vehicle from rental company for assignment use
• Able and comfortable operating any type of vehicle (sedan, truck, minivan, SUV, etc.)
• Comfortable with nighttime driving and working/driving in unfamiliar locations
• Proficient in English and able to communicate in a clear, concise, professional manner, both verbally and in writing
• Able to effectively apply training regarding procedures, paperwork, etc.
• Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment in all scenarios
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in the use of handheld technology (i.e. Smartphone or tablet)
• Represent the Office of the Supervisor of Elections in a professional manner (appearance and demeanor)
• Effective listener and team player.

Responsibilities
