About The Position

Executive Homecare of Hacienda Heights is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships and make a difference in someone's life. The ideal candidate will have a caring heart and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and help clients stay on track with their routines.
• Help plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Encourage proper nutrition and hydration throughout the day.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and genuine companionship.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
