About The Position
Demonstrate proficiency by performing routine EKG’s and Holter Monitoring as requested by a provider and in accordance with standard practices.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- EKG Class‐Basic Interpretation and understanding of medical terminology necessary.
- Previous related experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs and process EKG’s on patients in the Clinic.
- All essential functions with MUSE workstation.
- Maintain proper billing practices.
- Reviews patient's Medical Records to obtain and record identifying information required for EKG Records.
- Maintain good rapport with all physicians and support staff.
- Scan Holters as needed.
- Apply and instruct patients for Holter monitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
