The Initial Service Coordinator (ISC) assists families in navigating the Early Intervention Program (EIP) referral and evaluation process from referral through the completion of the Initial Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meeting or case closure. The ISC ensures that families receive appropriate services, supports, procedural safeguards, and information regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Early Intervention Program. WIHD creates better futures for people with disabilities, for vulnerable children, and for their families and caregivers. WIHD accomplishes its mission through professional education, comprehensive services and supports, community training and technical assistance, and innovative research and information dissemination. Our staff is committed to providing family-centered care to every family we serve. WIHD offers the following EIP services: Assistive Technology, Audiology, Evaluations, Home/Community-Based Individual Visits, Office/Facility-Based Individual Visits, Parent-Child Group, and Service Coordination.
