Job Summary The EHS Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving AFL U.S. Services' Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) training strategy. This role ensures employees, supervisors, managers, and subcontractor partners receive consistent, compliant, and effective training that supports AFL's commitment to a hazard-free workplace. The position serves as the enterprise leader for EHSS learning and development, overseeing curriculum design, training delivery methods, competency validation, regulatory compliance, and learning management systems. The Corporate EHS Training Manager partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Talent Development, and EHSS leadership to build a safety-first culture through education, engagement, and continuous improvement.
