We are excited to offer a Corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Intern position that provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of EHS. This internship is designed for a motivated student interested in developing foundational EHS skills while supporting meaningful business initiatives designed to improve safety and minimize environmental impact from our operations. As an EHS Intern, you will gain exposure to Regal Rexnord’s EHS Management System, including reporting applications, policies, metrics, and other key EHS functions. You will partner closely with EHS professionals and business leaders while building skills that prepare you for a future career in EHS. Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2030.
Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

Support corporate EHS initiatives by collecting, analyzing, auditing, and reporting data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across Regal Rexnord.
Assist with the development, revision, and maintenance of EHS training materials.
Provide SharePoint administration support, including document management, content updates, and workflow maintenance.
Collaborate with EHS professionals to review, update, and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS information management system, VelocityEHS, by assisting with system configuration, data validation, user adoption, and platform maintenance.
Develop and maintain VelocityEHS dashboards, reports, and analytics while supporting end-user training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
