About The Position

The EHS Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Environmental, Health, and Safety management system across assigned PCG locations. This role partners closely with site leadership, operations, engineering, and corporate EHS to ensure compliance with applicable company standards and regulatory requirements while actively driving a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture. The EHS Specialist provides hands-on operational support, conducts field assessments, supports incident management, and leads site-level and group-level EHS improvement initiatives. Additional Information: This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113 and will have at least 20% travel. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
