About The Position

The Safety Technician supports the commitment to providing a safe, compliant, and high‑performing manufacturing environment. This role enhances safety processes across large‑scale fabrication and assembly operations and helps ensure regulatory compliance, reduces workplace risk, and reinforce a of safety.

Requirements

• One to two years of hands‑on experience in a similar role.
• Completion of OSHA 30‑Hour training (or willing to obtain).
• Bilingual communication ability is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support consistent messaging

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections to identify and assess potential hazards.
• Implement safety plans and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with training sessions on workplace safety procedures and protocols.
• Assist with Investigation of workplace accidents to determine the cause and make recommendations for future prevention.
• Maintain workplace safety incidents and track progress on implementation of corrective actions.
• Promote safe work behaviors on floor and reinforce a strong safety culture.
