Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable EHS strategies across multiple rail projects, ensuring compliance and adaptability to evolving regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout project lifecycles. Establish and maintain reliable EHS systems, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. Drive innovation in EHS practices, integrating new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational safety and sustainability. Promote knowledge sharing by mentoring team members and facilitating EHS training programs to build organizational expertise. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS project management experience, preferably in rail or industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in EHS management systems, risk assessment tools, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
