About The Position

We are seeking an experienced EHS Project Manager to lead the implementation of EHS/ESG platforms. This role requires strong project management skills, deep EHS regulatory knowledge, and experience managing executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex technology programs within budget and on time, preferably in the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in EHS consulting, EHS technology programme delivery, or enterprise transformation project management.
  • At least 4 years in a client-facing PM or delivery lead role.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream EHS/ESG technology implementation programmes ($1M+ budget) on time and within scope.
  • Hands-on functional knowledge of EHS and ESG platforms — particularly Intelex and/or Enhesa.
  • Strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.
  • Proven experience managing and developing cross-functional teams of 5+ resources spanning onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Deep knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks applicable to US and Canadian operations (EPA, OSHA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, Canada's CEPA, Reg 851/90).
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenter to VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.
  • PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Intelex, Enhesa, Enablon, or SAP EHS.
  • Experience working in or delivering EHS services to a semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing enterprise.
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage EHS/ESG platform implementation projects, taking ownership of scope, budget, timeline, risks, and governance.
  • Lead large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Manage and develop cross-functional teams of 5+ resources across onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Engage in client-facing leadership and executive stakeholder management.
  • Review and quality-approve configurations, design documents, and test plans for EHS and ESG platforms.
  • Ensure strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.
