The EHS Manager will passionately lead the safety culture by focusing on employees, identifying leading indicators, and reducing risks to increase the safety and wellbeing of our employees and positively affect the safety metrics. This role ensures the council meets or exceeds all regulatory and DFA requirements pertaining to transportation, OSHA, DOT, and Environmental policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant workplace. Responsibilities include conducting injury and accident investigations, managing worker’s compensation cases, and completing/submitting required reports per DFA and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining required filing and records for the areas of responsibility.
