About The Position

Join us as an EHS Program Manager, where you’ll lead initiatives that ensure compliance, safeguard our teams, and strengthen our commitment to environmental responsibility. In this role, you’ll design and manage programs that not only keep our workplaces safe and healthy, but also drive a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and training skills in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements in context and consideration of the Company operation culture of Quality, Safety, Efficacy and Efficiency.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), ergonomic evaluations, and safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Monitor and analyze workplace safety metrics; recommend improvement strategies.
