The manager also leads incident investigations and root-cause analyses, maintains safety records, supports OSHA and other regulatory compliance, and works with contractors and stakeholders to manage high-risk activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8–10 years of progressive EHS experience. It involves travel of 40–50% and physical work in active project environments, indoors and outdoors. The anticipated salary range in Ohio and Colorado is $105,884–$158,826 per year; ranges elsewhere may vary.
