About The Position

The Commissioning Manager leads the testing, validation, and certification of facility systems at the final stage of construction, ensuring systems perform as designed and meet operational readiness, reliability, performance, and redundancy standards. The role bridges design, construction, vendors, and operations, coordinating commissioning across mechanical, electrical, and IT systems and supporting the transition from construction completion to operations. The manager develops commissioning plans and schedules; oversees factory acceptance, site acceptance, and integrated systems testing; manages system deficiencies through resolution; ensures compliance with internal standards, local codes, and applicable third-party certifications; and delivers complete commissioning and turnover documentation. The role also trains facilities and operations teams on system functionality and emergency procedures. Success means facilities are fully tested, validated, and ready for operation with no critical defects; systems meet or exceed performance, redundancy, and uptime requirements; commissioning timelines do not delay project delivery; and thorough turnover packages support a seamless transition to operations.
