In this role, you’ll partner closely with operations and clinical teams to support Epic adoption, workflow improvement, and use of clinical technology. Your day-to-day work will include: Providing one-on-one and group coaching to clinicians on EpicCare Ambulatory and related clinical technologies Facilitating classroom and group training sessions for new and existing nurses and providers Assessing knowledge gaps and clinical workflows, and implementing targeted learning and improvement interventions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden Evaluating clinical workflows and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and alignment with Epic and other clinical systems Developing and maintaining clear, practical training materials and resources Monitoring progress and sharing recommendations with clinical leaders and stakeholders Supporting adoption of Epic and related clinical technologies within assigned clinical areas Building and maintaining working relationships with clinical teams Maintaining working knowledge of Epic functionality and clinical workflows. This is not a purely classroom-based training role. You’ll spend a significant amount of time working directly with clinicians in real-world settings, helping identify and solve day-to-day workflow challenges as they arise.
