About The Position
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for LPN/RN for its West Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Possession of State License Practical Nursing.
- Possession of State Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
Nice To Haves
- Previous ambulatory care experience in Dermatology a plus
- Experience with scribe a plus
- EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients
- Assisting provider in exam rooms
- Assisting provider with in-office procedures
- Patient phone call triage
- Stocking rooms
- Obtaining prior authorizations as needed for medications, surgeries and imaging.
