About The Position
Join a thriving, physician-led dermatology practice in Santa Monica, California, offering a modern clinic, collaborative team culture, and a full pipeline of skin cancer referrals. The Mohs Surgeon will lead comprehensive Mohs micrographic surgery care from consultation through reconstruction, partner closely with pathology and dermatology colleagues, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education. Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
- Proven proficiency in Mohs micrographic surgery, complex closures, and reconstruction
- Active California medical license (or eligibility) and DEA registration
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and outcomes measurement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting
- Interest in teaching, quality initiatives, and practice growth/leadership
Responsibilities
