EHR Application Analyst
About The Position
As a part of the Application support team, you will become familiar with the Credible Behavioral Health (EHR) system and other supporting IT systems for Polk County Health Services end-users. You will act as a subject matter expert on EHR system capabilities and functional use and apply knowledge of client care business workflow to assist in the implementation, testing, go-live, and end-user support. On this team, you will be supported to develop your leadership skills and expected to take an active role on small and medium-size projects with minimal oversight that are focused on problem-solving and applying EHR functionality to enhance clinical workflow and client care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, healthcare administration, or related field or three years experience in a computer science related field.

- EHR application training experience
- CPT billing code knowledge
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on EHR system capabilities and functional use.
- Apply knowledge of client care business workflow to assist in the implementation, testing, go-live, and end-user support.
