About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of EHS and training coordination experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and EHS regulations
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
• HAZWOPER Certification
• CSP or ASP certifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives within the pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs related to EHS and operational compliance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other relevant EHS regulations.
• Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS records and documentation.
• Support employee development and training coordination.
