The EEG Technologist is responsible for administering electroencephalographic (EEG) recordings. This role involves performing various EEG tests, ensuring accurate electrode placement, and monitoring quality assurance. The technologist must also recognize the effects of diseases and medications on wave form variability and respond appropriately to seizure episodes. Maintaining equipment, performing minor repairs, and managing supplies are also key duties.
