EEG Technician PICU
About The Position
This position is for an EEG Technician in the PICU, where compassion meets innovation and technology. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Performs all exams in the EEG department
- Documents exams done in the department
- Assists Chief EEG Technician as necessary
- Maintains an accurate filing system
- Handles in-patient and out-patient reports and directs them to the appropriate destination
- Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies
- Maintains equipment in good working order
- Participates in department and hospital wide Process Improvement Activities
