About Goodstart Springvale South Goodstart Springvale South is an 83-place welcoming, culturally diverse long day care centre located at 554–556 Springvale Road. We provide high-quality education and care for children aged six weeks to five years across age-specific learning environments. 🕒 Full-time Educator role – working Monday to Friday between centre’s operating hours 6:30am – 6:00pm 🌏 Inclusive environment with multilingual educators 🎓 Strong focus on school readiness and play-based learning 💛 Longstanding, experienced and supportive team

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
  • Build strong, responsive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Create safe, nurturing environments that support each child’s development
  • Contribute to daily routines, observations and documentation
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team
