You'll help foster safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
  • Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families
  • Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes
