About The Position

As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. About Goodstart Mildura: 10 thoughtfully designed learning rooms encompassing nursery, toddler, and kindergarten. Strong focus on relationships and cultural inclusion, including Aboriginal art and dance. On-site access to allied health professionals and inclusion support services. Regular incursions: library storytelling and environmental education with native animals. Multilingual team members who speak Fijian, Filipino, Turkish and Hindi. Nutritionally balanced meals prepared fresh daily by our in-house cook. Five bachelor's degree-qualified Early Childhood Teachers leading our approved programs based on the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.

Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check
