About The Position

Increases awareness of clinical services provided by developing relationships and affiliations with referring physicians and healthcare facilities in the region. This role supports the growth and community engagement strategy for Memorial Primary Care’s Mobile Health Program. This role focuses on expanding access to care, increasing patient awareness, and strengthening partnerships that support Adult and Pediatric Mobile Health Units. The educator collaborates with program leadership, mobile teams, and community partners to drive utilization, coordinate outreach, and support efficient mobile operations.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Fingerprint Screen (FINGERPRNT) - Florida Department of Childrens & Family (DCF)
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II Criminal History record check.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain community partnerships
  • Coordinate mobile health events and outreach initiatives
  • Promote awareness of services and increase patient participation
  • Engage and educate patients during mobile activations
  • Provide information on available services
  • Support patient flow and act as liaison between host sites and mobile teams
  • Assist in developing SOPs and organizing documentation
  • Create tools such as checklists, templates, and communication resources
  • Support structured, consistent mobile operations
  • Assist with outreach and coordination for One City at a Time (OCAT) events
  • Collaborate with city partners and community organizations
  • Support event planning and promotion of services
  • Track outreach activities, partnerships, and utilization trends
  • Maintain records and identify opportunities to improve access and awareness
  • Works closely with Mobile Health Program leadership, clinical teams, community partners, and Memorial Primary Care leadership to strengthen relationships, improve access to care, and support program growth.
  • Must meet set Net Operating Revenue objective up to 1 million dollars per fiscal year.
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
  • Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Manages customer needs face to face or via phone, triages phone calls to assess/authorize urgent & emergent appointments, rounding on staff and patients, monthly metrics, CME records for Physicians, legal requests , and acts as a backup to the Director.
  • Develop guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities as necessary.
  • Develop and implements organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.
  • Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Manages, monitors and assists in the development of departmental budgets.
  • Reports budget variances monthly to practice leadership and CFO, identifies and reports on practice issues/opportunities and associated action plans.
  • Manages regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
  • Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
