About The Position

Identifies, assesses, designs, implements, and evaluates education programs for staff that support the provision of quality patient care. Provides guidance and support to health care providers in educational program development.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education.
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Instructor certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in program development and implementation.
• Computer expertise with Microsoft Office software.
• Three to five years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant clinical setting.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in clinical education.
• ACLS certification.
• ACLS instructor certification.
• PALS certification.
